Orders will be generally shipped out either via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) standard ground service or Priority Mail 1-3 business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
- Orders will not be shipped out on a freight collect basis. We also will not ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes.
- The shipping rates apply to the lower 48 contiguous states. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, the shipping cost will be higher and we will contact you after order placement to provide the proper shipping cost.
If you require expedited shipping please indicate this in the specified box on the Checkout page. The order will be shipped accordingly with the applicable higher freight charge applied. To inquire about expedited shipping costs, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
When you place an order, there is a fund pre-authorization hold placed on your credit card for the total amount due. However, your credit card will not be final-charged until the order is processed. In case of back orders, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
Warranty Information, Return Policy, Site Errors
Allied International, Inc. products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 180 days after the purchase date. Wear and tear items such as adjustment screws and barrel nuts are not covered under this warranty. Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase. If you need to return or replace a product, please send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (+1) 203-239-3597 to receive an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a pre-authorized RMA number. All pre-authorized non-defective returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Allied International reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Allied International will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Allied International's Return Policy.

We can not guarantee that your order will be cancelled if you choose to contact us via e-mail or web form, so please contact us by phone when possible.
Sales tax of 6.35% is added to all orders being shipped to a Connecticut delivery address.
